I faced this problem when I joined wazua. I used to be restricted to one post every 3,000 seconds.

Send an email to admin and they will sort you out

Simply means you can't post every other second but only after 5 minutes (3000secs) or so! I can only assume this is a measure by wazua to prevent spam.

Hesabu ni ngumu.... 3,000secs = 50min; not 5min. And that's very long on wazua!
