Hi Wazuans,

Any one from Rongai area, what is the value of a quarter an acre land at Nkoroi. I would like to dispose off one, but only getting offers of around 3.2 M. I would imagine with a lot of developments in the area, the plot should be in the region of 5M.

5M is on the higher side for Nkoroi. I would rather multiply by 2 and add another 2 to make it 12m and search for half in the neighbouring Karen. 1/4 acre in Kerarapon which is far better than Nkoroi goes for 4M. If I were you, I would have taken the offer

Thanks, this gives a feeling of the price range. In the same Daily Nation, 1/4 acre Nkoroi is 4M.

@PKoli yes it is past swara lane and it is beautiful. I think Nkoroi is on its way to becoming Muthaiga. 2M for an 1/8acre is a very fair if not cheap.

@edu T you are really hyping this place up.Nkoroi is well organized and thats about it.how it becomes muthaiga is i think a bit of a stretch. There is no proper infrastructure by the county gvt and development around it is not that great.simply put its the best neighborhood in a not so well organized larger area.
