did this biz back in 2008, bought a second hand fuel pump at 80k at some market in kayole then bought four drums that would hold 1k litres, back then was buying parafin @56/ltr and selling @ 67/ltr the returns were decent but be carefull and hawkeyed with whom you hire to run the biz. it cost me like 170k for the initial costs and sold the biz for 250k after a year. new pumps are very expensive
