3yrs after Kisia took over from Gakuo nothing much seems to have changed, in fact, I think we retrogressed a lil bit.Thats just goes to show how young turks can sometime not be the best option after all.

Nairobi river that we were about to drink from is back to its gray years.

Muthurua market is still a mess with no new/refurbishment of market.

Matatus terminus are still intact....chaos everywhere.

poor garbage collection in most estates and markets.

The list is endless.

PS. I cant vote for Kisia as Nairobi couty governor.

Gakuo - planted trees, cleaned NBI river, sealed manholes, arrested vagrants urinating around etc.

Kisia - sewer back into NBI river, manholes stolen, trees cut down for magnate ventures billboards, thugs urinating all over, garbage dots the landscape....

Musalia backed this Kisia guy yet he's running for nomination. Wish there was a way to get Gakuo back, that guy was a Nairobians' servant. Kisia ni porojo 24/7, amplified.

Goes to show you that Education means nothing. Kisia has all sorts of masters degrees and i think even an MBA but can't manage. Gakuo i think was a high school drop out but delivered very well. Gakuo 8/10, Kisia 2/10

Remember what was said in replacing Gakuo? That he had already done so well that it was high time for somebody else. Talk of ineptitude as replacement for merit. By now Eastlands would be looking like Karura forest.Gakuo's nyayos is the way forward or better.

And talking about Easich, there was this "learned and highly traveled" waria who was elected in the by-erection.He looked and appeared ready to make the big impact in that section of Naicity.

WHAT BECAME OF HIM AND HIS FLUENCY IN ENGLISH?

Easich is undergoing a major face lift I think construction is underway for 1st and 2nd avenue if this improvement are to be completed by the end of the year the '"learned and highly traveled" waria'will have an easy win when seeking his reelection.

This is a reflection of things to come . When you elect noise makers who only know how to criticise and uproot . These are the results . A city is not run through vitendawili . Anyway we know the mayor of Nairobi . We also know who appointed Gasia. Have a filth day and maisha bora .
Peace be with you

I have seen many managers in my lifetime. But I don't think we shall ever have someone worse than Kisia...in my lifetime. He's the ultimate domo domo with nothing to show. Probably spends all his time in board meetings taking tea and mandazi...Because the city, that he's not managing well.

Gakuo was kicked out fast because he was................Kikuyu.
Kisia.........is a what?
In Kenya as long as tribal arithmetic balances nothing else matters. However, well you are, you will be branded.
If Bonny Khalwale was a Civil Servant, he'd now be out coz ni Mluhya.
Kenyans hate perfomers. No wonder SOME of our good professionals are out there and might only come back in coffins.

I don't know how true the story is, but I heard of an engineer who was sacked from govt for 'mbwa na kunguru' reasons. The guy is designing bridges in Austalia/somewhere majuu. The private sector which gets most contracts thru ukora didnt want the guy........

Kenyans hate perfomers. It's after they leave people cry for their come-back.
Hata Michuki was accused of making fares go up and having an interest in Governors and importing buses with Citi Hopper.

Now that Michuki is out, people cry for him.
Majority of Kenyans are over-grown adolescents.

I once asked a senior engineer at CCN that question. His answer was: "You have to know what your boss wants and produce it: if he wants results, you produce results, if he wants reports, you produce reports"

I think you can guess who likes reports and who likes results
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Kisia was a terrible mistake to happen on Nairobi. Whoever appointed him needs also to step aside coz he did no due diligence. Anyway, managing NCBDA, then building does not prepare you to run city!!!
I would never ever vote for this guy! And I also urge Everyone else not to!!!
I Think Therefore I Am
