Anyone kind enough to point me into the right direction? it dealt with how partners can share profits/losses, how to take care of a shareholder/director who is also in part time management while others are not. Silent directors wait for dividends at the end of accounting periods. Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
