Greetings Wazuans. There is an agency advertising a nine-day business trip to Guangzhou, China for Kshs.139k. This covers return ticket, bed and b/fast in a 3 star hotel.

Just wondering if it is a worthwhile offer?

Please share the agency name incase anyone has any experience with them good or bad. Some agencies turn out to be devils advocates by giving you trips to hell through what they call cost saving measures. Please be careful; you could try joining barclays and kcb business clubs which offer cost friendly trips now and then, while at it, find out if you yourself can fund the same trip by going during the low season and seaching for hotels online. Another good source would be a friend who has travelled to china and can share cheap places to stay.
You also might not need 9days to search and find what you need. To reduce your leg work, google about any item of intrest you might have and note down their address and locations so you know where to go during your trip.
good luck!

Thanks guys for the useful insight. The trip is being arranged by China Information & Culture Communication (K) Ltd.

Their offices are on the 15th floor of Postbank Hse, next to City Market.

CICC is genuine. My friend has traveled with them twice. It's not a con.

In wazua the definition of a friend is different so Mukiha meant that he has used them.

Bird Flu ... Bad for business. This might not be a good time to visit China.
