i hear that the high court has stopped the tribunal from investigating the Nancy "Cowboy"Baraza...

Now what on earth is this supposed to mean...the Judiciary Service Commission composed of the learned friends recommended that a tribunal be set up to review her actions and behaviour and the same fellows are now saying she should not be investigated...am i missing something here???
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

Yes. This is nothing but a money minting and brand building game for the 'learned friends'.

Maybe only you and I still treat the matter with the contempt it deserves.

The Tribunal work is only put on hold while the court listens to Baraza's interlocutory (sort of)matter to determine if it has any merit.
That is the proper course of law – though it delays the hearing of the substantive issues - of the main case.

Remember in the past, fellows would always demand a constitution determination over trampled rights – in order to delay cases. Case in point is Ruto’s matter over Land…
