P/E for HFCK 8 against Kengen's 9.55 and considering the later's price is bottoming out. i will prefer Housing finance. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Dividend Yield for Kengen is 3.24% against HF 2.86%. but one is likely to make more capital gains on Housing finance as compared to Kengen African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

HFCK paid an INTERIM dividend of 50cents and kengen paid a FINAL dividend of 50cents.. Im projecting HFCK will pay a total interim and final dividend of 1bob for 2011.. That squashes kengen by far.. Just wait cde gets wind of this. @guru. The 1 bob full yr is an estimate. What if they do what kplc did? Anyway i also think hfck has more room for growth and has been beaten down further. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
