Of late I have been eating everything the doc told me not to. Now I am feeling quite heavy and slow. I was once told that there is some dawa people take and you sit next to a loo for like 12 hours. By the time you are through, you are as light as a feather. I was once promised an Indian version but the promise never came through.

Castor oil is a very effective natural laxative, which can induce bowel movement. When castor oil is taken, it stimulates the intestine and intestine tries to throw out the contents. Castor oil forms a layer of oil in the intestine which prevents exchange of water between the water and the food in the bowel. Therefore by reducing the moisture absorption from the food to the intestines, it keeps the stool remains soft and easier to eliminate. Please get the castor oil. But incase you dont know where to get it, walk into your nearest chemist or pharmacy and buy Dulcolux.

They are small tablets the size of piriton. Buy 2 of them, each cost approx ksh. 15.

Then swallow them when you are going to be relaxed e.g. at bed time. The 12 hours is an exaggeration but you will feel refreshed afterwards.

..if you have to fill and fulfill, why not stick to fruit salad? ..much healthier than the homongous you-know-what from Tuskees...
