Hi,

Looking at the Idea of starting a Guest house in the outskirts of Nakuru Town(Lanet area).

I have a 2 acre plot with a colonial 3 bedroom (in good shape) house with beautiful lawns,trees etc.
I want to change it into a guest house initially utilizing the 3 bedrooms as a start and building up as it pick up..

Anyone who has done this kind of business please share some ideas..

Im looking for someone who can landscape the place for me and give me estimates of what are the requirements to get this project running. e.g. licenses, change of land use from residential to guest house etc.. any help will be appreciated.
