Wazuans,

I need some advise on the transport industry as I would want to get into it fully and have been thinking about the following options:

1.A fleet of matatus to ply city routes- have been doing this for some time and I admit it's very very tough.
2.A fleet of matatus for long distance routes.
3.A fleet of tour vans.
4.A car hire and taxi business.

I am still doing some research and I thought this would also be a good place to start.
In case this topic has been discussed before, I would appreciate if you would post some links.
