I noted a couple of chaps on Twitter seemingly getting into knots about audit reports from Safaricom on Kenyans for Kenya. I thought what the hell is all the fuss about?

So I was wrong, because news just in seems to indicate a major booh booh! Abbas Gullet of Red Cross saying thousands upon thousands of children who were previously hungry may now be sick - contaminated with aflatoxin.

Safaricom puts its brand on the line on a noble initative...
Everyone contributes haba haba
Red Cross does fantastic job
Audit report ah-stalling

AND THEN THE AFLATOXSHIT hits the fan. "So who is to blame, who is behind this, who is in the mirrors..."

Kenya Bureau of Standards set tolerable limits of aflatoxin is 10parts per billion. Proctor & Allan / Sai Millers UNIMIX had 200-600parts per billion

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for these disaster response initiatives to turn ugly...

Take this story from the hurricane katrina disaster..
