I am trying to find out the rationale behind the finding by Hon Mutembei (Chief Magistrate) that insider trading is not defined in our kenyan laws. I also want to find out whether CMA or the DPP have prefered an appeal in the case. If anybody has a copy of the ruling/judgement please do send me at magicalnora@yahoo.com.
