Even Spacio ones are popular with thieves. They steal them in the residential areas, my neighbour, a lady woke up to her Spacio's mirrors plucked off, while all the other cars mirrors were intact!
She was beside herself with grief.

They are even more vulnerable esp when driving them from Mombasa to Nai.A friend of mine has stopped importing and selling them.He now sells Toyota Noahs.

Its a shame that as a country we've let petty thieves and crooked "businessmen" run the show of spare parts.

the only solution is to have a chain installed to secure the mirrors, hence discouraging the thieves. If your toyota wish mirrors have been stolen, you can have non-power mirrors installed, both at around 2K total at any garage, i believe the brand name for this mirrors is king mirror. The mirrors will work just fine, only that you will have to adjust them manually, very few thieves will be interested in them

Jusk asking,how will the plucker tell that my mirror is power vis a vis non-powered?, not unless its plucked first and investigated?
