Looking for an ISP to provide entry level broadband services to a small setup. I saw incredible offers from Zuku.http://zuku.co.ke/triple-play/triple-play-packages.html?view=services&cid=31 Anybody with Zuku experiences? Availability?

If it is a radio link (WiMAX) from Zuku, you will pull out hairs from the infuriatingly constant timeouts that it has. If it is a fibre optic link you want to get from them, go for it.

Hi Ongige, thnx for the heads up. I recoil in fear now. Tried safcom, too steep. KDN, i recoil in fear. That leaves me with access kenya

u managed to get them to install fibre? how? could you please give me a contact

Zuku Fibre can be very fast, but it is unreliable, and the customer service is shocking.

At the time of writing, the service has been down for 4 days, it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I have sent emails and opened a support ticket. No one has contacted me at all. Yesterday morning I phoned the sales guy who hooked me up, Ezekiel. He promised to look into it, then didn’t get back to me and now won’t answer my calls… so now I am looking for another service provider. My advice – avoid at all cost, not due to the product, just the complete lack of support.
