Hi wazuans,

I have been offered an 80 by 40' plot in Utange for 650K. Its like 2km from the main road going to Bamburi. Is this a good deal? What are the current land rates in this area?

I have seem some advertised at Ndatani and HFCK websites at 1.1M.

I am also interested in the same area. If there are several, let me know once u do the due diligence and find they are ok.

Brother.. Do not be that lazy, Just Google the Contacts. I think wazua makes Pple too lazy.. anyway way here it is;http://www.ndatani.com/

You will be able to get a better deal from them at Bamburi and nearer the road. Certainly what you have is not a deal!!
