Hey Wazuans, am new to the forum but have always been a faithful disciple of all the wisemen here.
I represent a new coop society registered to "empower" the members thru investments. Members interested in real estate and are willing to contribute whatever is required to generate attractive returns. The members belong to a religious group and theres the potential of recruiting all the 10000+ members if the first project is successful. We registered in July 2011 and so far 200 members have contributed 5k each.. We need the wisdom of the wazuans to direct this initial goodwill for the benefit of this group. Do u know of any financial institution willing to work with us? etc etc. We might be 1000 members in another few weeks!

@menzue...good idea. But, what are you guys looking at? Whats your target? Plans? Sort of roadmap with timelines and measurable targets? Banks: check bank of africa, they have a plan for such. Pia am sure equity have such.

Might need to elaborate on what it is you want to do in real estate. Presumably you want to buy plots to build on. So you may need to plan how/where you get the plots and then go from there...
