I know he is under a lot of pressure right now, but am wondering is there a method in his madness?
He has lost his 2 best players 'Nasri and Fabregas' which was forced, not by choice.
But at the same time he has done away with most of mediocre players 'Denilson-on loan, Almunia & Bendtner-not being considered, Eboue-sold-tho should have been kept for his versatility'
At the same time his additions seems to be smart choices, not big players but good players.
Gervinho-replaces Nasri. One positive he has is that he is a direct player, no pass-pass, takes on defenders and has pace.
Jenkinson-looks very solid, and adds physicality and height to the team.
AO Chamberlain-one for the future with bags of pace.
Ryo Miyaichi-a tricky winger with bags of tricks and very pacy. A very exciting prospect.
Promoted players.
Frimpong-Monster player, a young terrier in midfield.

Maybe there will be more additions, maybe not. But the weak links have reduced. Attack is at pace, team spirit seems to be improving.
Now if the confidence comes back i predict a very good season for Arsenal.
Maybe Arsenal does know.

Arsene and Arsenal is like one thing. He knows Arsenal inside out; players, board etc.
One good thing about him is that he's very optimistic and maybe that's y he doesn't sign big names...although big-names are expensive for nothing and he's an economist...
No one would have thought Cesc would replace Vieira. Someone will also replace Cesc out of nowhere. I like the way he gives players chances to prove themselves.
Whenever there is any bickering, things always work out right for him. It's like he is irreplaceable at Arsenal.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

There's clearly a method to his madness. How to lose 8-2 when you have millions of pounds cash in hand.

You cannot use yesterday's game to guage performance of Jenkinson and Szczeney.
Its the seniop players who let down the younger ones.
Van persie missed penalty was the turning point. Other than the goal he didnt do much.
Arshavin - was he playing?
Walcott - apart from the goal, was nowhere, did not help Jenkinson defensively.
Central defence was terrible.
The coach AW was absolutely useless. The team lost due to poor organisation. There seemed to be no game plan at all.
Frimpong and Jenkingsom red cards were due to the coach. You cant let a defensive midfield making his debut with a yellow card last a whole match. He was a walking red card. Prudency suggest you save him from getting a red.

And @TAZ has been discounting the abilities of Ashley Young all over. Not to mention Welbeck, Cleverley etc. @TAZ is a very bad judge of character/talent!

@ Maichblack....Time will prove me right, i have not changed my opinion on these players. I don't think Arsenal were a challenge for Man Utd yesterday.

@Taz is just a hater. You wont hear him admiting the likes of Jones, Young, Smalling, Welbeck are good. You will never hear him say that even when they bashed the North Londoners consecutively.

@ Jus Blazin....Time will prove me right. Hata watu kama Eboue, Bendtner, Djourou and Denilson used to have a few good games.
