No dispute with this one considering the h1 loss and other sorrounding clouds.

If an investor sold his holdings when I made this recommendation on NBK...he/she could have saved himself or herself alot of cash and pain...i expect to downgrade more banks in the coming weeks....tik tok tik tok smile

Anyone holding NBK would have sold once they saw the results. Simple. As erifloss told you, NGOJA USIFIWE!
Plus if your ego wasn't so big, you would have listened when we told you that the market won't respond to the 'earnings season' no matter how good the results. Having unrealistic expectations then afterwards claiming 'the results fell below expectations'
You seem to be late in realising things: Britak, NSE slump, etc

Hehehe dude you are funny...and wasup with Britak??? my report is on the blog...it exposed so much that the CEO had to sit me down...i think you read what I write upside down...when an article starts? Can? Its meant to stimulate your thought and its not the writers final position...dude I don't always have unrealisitic expectations...look at all the results I have called 'below par' they have been followed by a massive sell off by fund managers I.e Centum FY, KCB, EQTY etc.countless to name...look @Kengen we once had an argument with @Cde thats when he started talking carbon credit...learn to think like a fund manager...if u told me I blundered on Unga, KQ, C&G..i will agree but eish dude you hate the truth just like @Guru @erifloss and @Cde...bdw the deal has no Ego i'm just reacting to being called impotent or names cos I came up with an index..or I said stock X will not do well...nobody was born with knowledge..knowledge comes from books and other people..Wazua is just an online forum never take to the bank what somebody says here..i think the best thing to do is for you to ignore what I write here...i will in turn ignore what you write sawa?

Brothers. No need to fight. Lets appreciate each others contributions here. We all learn from each other, one way or another

@Cde's name shall not be used in vain. Carbon Credits arise from green energy projects which KGN is developing and that's a fact. It has nothing to do with thoughts or feelings of media men or stock price movements. Check urself man.

Why don't we start a thread dedicated to the kind of attacks I'm reading here? @the deal should be taken just like our stocks brokers (or any othe adviser), the final decision is yours. Don't take his advice to the bank! But I've his site as a bookmark. KenGen has a great potential if you want to invest and not speculate. Wazua should be able to stimulate us. Who will start the 'hate' thread?

@thedeal its very easy to say sell if a stock reports lower profits, like the rest of the herd. What is your fair value estimate of NBK and on what valuation model?

The name dropping and use of abusive language towards other users should stop...you might not like what I say but respect my opinion...i believe the goal of one investing at the NSE is to make money not to buy shares for decoration purposes...speculators & passive investors can all make money but a speculator will always make more money at the NSE than a long term investors I.e an Investor who bought KQ at the IPO in 1996 at Sh11.25 and has held his shares all this years has only realised a 148% return on investment (ROI) yet a speculator who cashed at 110 some years ago realised ROI of 877%..look at KCB a speculator who bought rights last year at 17 and sold at 25 has realised ROI of 42% while long termer is yet to break even!!! I can go on and on...investments just like companys they go in cycles...@Stockmaster turned 500K into a 1M purely through speculation last year...long term investment had its best years not in this present age...how many times has Warren Buffet bitten the S&P in the past 10 years???

Strip him of his wealth today and tell him to start all over again..he will probably be never be that rich again look at his recent buys but Soro's will...he invested in a different era than we are investing in now...an era of bubble driven economies...after the west the next bubble will be China and probably that will mark the end of the world smile

That's the point of super rich. More wealth and money than one could ever consume in a life time even after giving back so much of it to charity and the market. Who better to inspire than the Oracle himself.

Just to add the economics of poverty and riches have existed in this world even before Jesus & Mohammed were born. The principles of the HOW (not who) are still the same. The players have come & gone with varying results. I rest my case.
