Hi,

I'm having a problem where the Kikuyu Council is asking for well over 60k to approve my drawings. I'm simply wondering why they are charging so much?

Has anyone gone through this process for a maisonette?

What would be your advice to handle them.

Regards,
Barrywhite

Boss, wewe lipa. Mavoko charges much more than that. Paid 72k four years ago. And l know its increased twice since. The rate is per unit area, so the bigger your house the more you pay. Alternative is you reduce the size of your house.
The laudable is more often than not rendered laughable by overclaim
