My unconfirmed sources tell me that @guka's den, aka REKE MARIE was denied liquor license yesterday. sasa @guka utakuwa unaenda wapi?

@mlefu - Wewe!!! That is Tiger wood's house! I should know because I spent the Easter weekend there. A very nice house I tell you. One thing I like about the house is that you don't have to drive there. You can go by chopper or yacht. To make maximum use of resources, you can dock the yacht next to the property and fly the few metres to the helipad in your chopper. Woods can then come pick you up from the helipad in a souped up golf cart.

What are you doing the first week of December? Get your yacht ready. Leave you double cab behind. We could have included @guka in the trip, but he prefers dessert excursions.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
