Use it to get financing. If you have partially developed possibly subdivide the land and get separate title to the developed part. Use the undeveloped part as security if needed. I would not advise putting it in shares but in real estate for rental income which will be with you perhaps till u die and after.
Thanks Pablo,I will apply your strategy especially the one of dividing partially developed land. For now I havent attained a critical mass of cash to develope rentals in a prime area, I will put that as a goal.
