Will MPs pay tax for vehicles they purchase. If yes, those who imported/bought duty free vehicles after the promalgation of the new constitution, will the duty be recovered?
Doors of opportunity don't just open , they have to be unlocked & it's up to you to turn the knob.

Yes on both counts
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Do you pay duty on the car you purchase?

I would like to understand what happens when one gets power. Is there a relationship between power and living big (sometimes beyond their means) or is it peer pressure? Must they buy guzzlers or move houses? While they argue they have to visit their constituents who live huko mashinani, it doesn't have to be A VX, an outback or a forrester will still serve the purpose. I remember the late VP Wamalwa (God rest his soul) was buying a house worth 47 million when he died. While he was free to buy a home of his choice, he was paying a mortgage and was obviously straining his resources. I just wonder. Did he have to? Someone help me understand.
Lord, thank you!

Article 210(3) of the new Constitution states "No law may exclude or authorize the exclusion of a State officer from payment of tax".

Oh, what a constitution? what a country? what a bunch of stupid MPs? You don't just make this stuff up...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
