The new milimani estate in thika has very few plots remaining. This is a scheme whereby the development is controlled,with single dwelling residential units being the only ones available now. Water and electricity is on site and the roads already serviced. Check plots in thika here and learn more on the prices, www.harmarventures.com go to plots for sale in thika.

Indeed, i've been on the site and it looks great , Roads ,water & electricity available. I got myself one plot.

To Kiganjo from what side of entrance Thika rd or Garissa rd & how many kms from garissa rd or how far from muthaiga estate?

you can get in through Thika road at Witeithie, or via Garissa rd. It is just about half a km from Muthaiga approximately 6kms from garissa road. From the Primary school at muthaiga you can very well view the developments on the land.

the area is quite good with the guys actually providing what they promise. Not many plots are this way
