AIRTEL NETWORK PROBLEMS

Any idea what's wrong with AIRTEL network. We are getting problems after every few days.

When ever we try to call out it says
ERROR IN CONNECTION.

ME2U service has problem also. cant sambaza.
I want to be a millionaire.

Sambaza is fine, I used it yesterday. I sent the following SMS to 5050:
2U 0733xxxxxx 999 abcd where 999 is the amount to be sambazwered and abcd is your PIN code. Remember to delete the SMS from the sent box lest your son finds it and moves all your airtime to his account.

The behavious was similar to that during the zain-saf war where there was a lot of sabotage but i realised that it also affectd on-net calls
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Airtel have sent me ksh 150 expiring tomorrow but cant use it. Whats their customer care line?

Hi Guys.

Is there any problem with Airtel Blackberry. Currently i m out of country my bb was working very well till yesterday but yesterday all of the sudden my airtel bb line is not giving any network it shows only SOS.
I want to be a millionaire.

I recently discovered that Airtel and Safcom respond very fast to tweets for obvious reasons. If you are on Twitter, tweet them @@AIRTEL_KE and you'll get a response chap chap.

You can use Twitter SMSs to make work easier. My Airtel has been working fine. Their customer care is 111, or you can even check *111#.

Airtel BB service usually have problems, displaying SOS,GSM instead of EDGE and 3G.

Tried calling them severally, all they say is remove replace battery which doesn't work

After a few hours,the service resumes

Apparently safaricom have a free BIS complete offer ,

Dial *210# to subscribe for free
