here is some information KIM has purchased a plot at katani near utawala they are sub-dividing it among their staff members each getting 1/8 of an acre for a cost of 170,000 interested staff members were to raise 50,000 by the 15th of may and the balance of 120,000 is payable before the end of july.

i have also not visited the area though i have put a deposit for 1 plot i was given the information by a fred who advised me that the area is okay
