You got it wrong. It should have been:
Unga - free
Soda baridi - free
Soda moto - 5 bob
Sukari - (walk over to the nearest sugar cane vendor and get it for free; that is, get sugarcane for free and boil to get sugar soup that you will add milk and tea leaves to and enjoy Ketepa jai)
Phombe - anyone asking for it goes to jail
Mafuta ya kujipaka - banned from Kenya
Sigara - you get to hang for every stick. 3 sticks means you are hanged three times
Mukate - the first slice free; the second slice 1 bob; the third slice 2 bob and so on and so on
Fare - ferry donkeys in Lamu to all parts of the country and plant grass along all roads
Everything else - as you wish ceteris paribus
