You are right... infact, before they named Gichuru and Okemo, i thought Ruto's name was on that list too.... His name has become synonymous with "corruption/crime related problems"

Am starting to think that is why he was very opposed to the new constitution... with such problems, the new constitution is a big threat to his political survival!
