I'd think its just the same way you can find yourself in jail for sending inciting or abusive smses (who would have thought this was possible until people start paying for letting their fingers do the walking?)...... remember, Arap Sang is a media personality and has a huge following. if the medium of communication is used to pass inciting messages or hate language and has impact on the society, then it can be used against originator of such a person.

mbona mnadharau internet? It is a medium for communication just like any other. If he used radio or phone to communicate his message, that would be part of the evidence as well

On the outset I wish to state that I have no confidence in Ocampo.
I believe in the final analysis he will lose.


Now the substantive issue;
The initial disclosure doesn’t seem to carry much.
It is to be expected that the subsequent releases will have more dramatic info.
The data that the two judges based their ruling on to permit the case to move to the next level – confirmation of charges hearing as well as issuing of summonses.

Await that.

@Ngalaka, I like your confidence, tell that to the Ocampo 6 because if you're right they are spending too much om legal counsel when advocates with a brief stint at our law courts can achieve the same.
