I was going through 2011 notices and this gazette notice caught my attention.

BY BIMEDA ANIMAL HEALTH (KENYA) LIMITED
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Restrictive Trade Practices, Monopolies and Price Control Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance authorizes the proposed purchase of the entire issued share capital of Assia Animal Health Limited by Bimeda Animal Health (Kenya) Limited.

I didnt know some of this laws/acts existed.
