Apart from bringing fantastic football Now am proud to see they have cleared away from this Hague nonsense.

I dont understand why a station will occupy us with a court proceeding that will take years on end to be complete.Some had the audacity to go to Eldoret in anticipation of an uprising and report live from there, funny enough no one was reporting from Gatundu or Meru.

Our media was to blame for the 2007 PEV and if you look at how they are covering these proceedings they are still fueling animosity among tribes.

Like yesterday I watched KTN take us back to how PEV started in that report they only showed pple who were being battered by the police and retaliatory attacks in Naivasha cleverly omiting the Riftvalley violence especially in Eldoret.

KBC has shown maturity in reporting on the ICC I hope the other stations will follow suit.

@Selah, the reason KBC is not showing the humilation of the O6 is because they are now politically correct. Where it someone else...

@Selah,

It is tue that our Television stations are just sub standard as far as choice of news, presentation and objectvity are concerned. Juzi when flipping channels to avoid the ICC nonsense, I landed on KBC only to find the news casters dressed in purple ; both the lady and the gent. I just could not stomach that... how can I listen to news from purple station. Those guys need to style up.

On the same breath, there is a station that only has journalists from one tribe, does news based on that tribe and in the regions they live in. So why would I be interested. No wonder only one programme from this station makes any sense.

Time to get yourself the Access bouquet from DSTv. At only 800 a month, it spares you all the rubbish from our local stations!
I have to agree with @Stelah, KBC is far much better, has greater good local content than the others!

@ bwesenye

What's wrong with a TV station that has people from one tribe.

Their target audience requires such.Go start your own

Talk of continuing stereotyping.....were not they the ones who camped in Eldoret during last years referendum expecting violence?

And then they went to get residents views after a certain mp of one of the Eldoret constituencies was named as a suspect also?

Did they have bullet proof vests as well this time round? Not wanting to be beaten to the story by CNN and BBC?

Who is the owner of this station? and was it bought for this sole purpose? or maybe the 2012 elections...
@cardinal, there is obviously something wrong...
