we are results beeing released? anything interesting expected?

Last year they released on 13th March. The half year results were impressive. They have tied up the Caltex acquisition,question is how did they structure it? If they funded it from reserves they might give a bonus,if they funded with debt maybe no dividend!

Today's Standard. Total(mother company) that bought out Chevron (Caltex) will sell entire Chevron to Total Kenya. Means Total Kenya will have to fund the purchase. Less dividends and possibility of bonus?

I thought Total and the Govt. were tied in a bitter duel on the Chevron takeover,with the

Govt. keen to amass most of the Chevron assets via the Monopolies Commission.

Are you sure the deal was finalised ? I'm not sure,but i think the duel is still ongoing.

Have 2.50 also last yr. Got some at 28/=. Hmmm

Highly doubt this. Last year full eps was 3.05 and div was 1.05. They said at the last AGM that dividend payments will be depressed until the loan that financed the Chevron purchase is fully redeemed in 2014.
