Does anyone out there know how much of the total construction cost [in %] should be paid out to a consulting firm for: Architectural,Structural /Civil,Mechanical & Electrical Services and Quantity Surveying for a multi-family dwelling.

For those in the know,is it better to outsource from one company for all of the above or use different bids?
