it is unfortunate that people can use polythene bags as condoms in this day and age! plus wasging Condoms??? OMG!

That story is cooked up...how does a community that in most cases dont know what a condom is try to imitate the real one.Using clothes as contraceptive was far fetched.

i am surprised and i didn't know these tools can be recycled. now i wonder if it will still have grip after washing.

@ Selah, It was not made up. They even showed one guy busy washing the condom. Another one said that he uses a piece of cloth. The levels of ignorance were worrying.

But were they loaded with the 'stuff'?
My argument is for a community that dont know what condoms are what were they using b4 as contraceptives.In the govt dispensaries they are offered for free-the condoms that is- and I am saying this since am from the place, so saying the pple cannot afford condoms they have to recycle them its plain stupidity.The Isiolo district hospital gives them for free.

I am sure if we were to take some from the hospitals and offer them as aid to the said pple most of them would frown on us.

Ok. its official NOW the GOVT cannot satisfy the demand for 20 million condoms a Month.

A guy once told me a story, that when he was in form V, he used juala ya kensalt to land.

But then at that time in kirinyaga district, condoms were a rarity.
