A while back while in Nothern Kenya, Ngilu bottled up some muddy water and said to the locals that she would table it in Parliament to demonstrate to all just how dire the water problem was in that part if the republic!

Now with this info, what shall we make of those antics - hypocrisy.

KES 6 Billion lost to water scams in her ministry. It's surprising that the Prime Minister Raila Odinga chooses to support corrupt ministers. It's time Charity Ngilu was suspended by the appointing authority pending further investigations as to the loss of our taxpayer billions.
