Half-acre in Kitengela

Hi Gentlemen,

I have 0.5 acre piece of land, 700 m from Namanga road, at a place known as Korromboi - just ahead of the new East African University along the Kitengela - Isinya Road.

I willing to listen to offers; I want to be liquid and start doing real things instead of having the land idle.

Water is nearby (borehole), plus electricity. I would say excellent place for a home; can also be commercial, touching the murram road that connects to Namanga road.

By the way, what is the soil type, red, clay etc?
It's not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are.
