No doubt with much regrets later. And to note that the Government of Kenya is getting advice from this Ugandan man is most terrifying.

the problem with the ICC debate has been the mixing up of issues as i pointed out on another thread:

- some of us perceive any criticism of the ICC to either be an affront to justice for IDPs or an attempt to prevent our preferred chieftain from 'kupitia kati kati'.

- some of us perceive any support of the ICC to be an attempt to finish our favorite chieftains politically or to be a recipe for chaos.

we compartmentalize arguments and thus shout down at people who we might effectively be agreeing with.
