Back in that unfortunate year, a heated debate raged among the masses in the search of a new supreme law. Consequently, mt Kenya was effectively isolated. Fast forward to 2011. A heated debate, a near replica of the former, is all over the place. This quandary is huttling us down a steep path towards the xplosive 07/08. Had we put off the (failed) plebiscite back then, the debate may hav cooled off n maybe we could have saved the day.
