I see results here http://www.capitalfm.co.ke/busi...orp_downfile.php?id=5574

Revenue in the first six months grew by 8 percent; Cost of production was up 18 percent.

It seems this counter could be on track to join the cheaper stocks in Industrial sector with P/E of 8. But is the company ran better now?

The devil is in the detail. Operating profit only grew marginally by 4% while PBT has DECREASED by 41.2%. I am still NOT convinced that EAPC has turned the corner especially while they still have the millstone of the Japanese Yen loan round their necks.
