Not to bog down your sale but has anyone ever tried Daykio Plantations. They have quarter acre plots in Kitengela and you pay over 3 years. I took 2 in Kisaju area and the price has already gone up by 100K

About 4km off Namanga rd.And yes each piece has got its own title deed.
