I have some used furniture that I've been trying to sell for several months... notice boards in the malls have not yielded results.

Is there a shop where I can sell them off?

Sofa; dining table + chairs; coffee + stools
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@mukiha

Check
1. Their state
2. Your asking price
3. Their location (if you advertise in Sarit Centre, and the items are in Embakasi, someone may like them but the hassle of transportation puts them off)

You could try
1. Take photos and post them here with prices - you might get interested buyers in Wazua (wazua fee is affordable if they decide to charge)

2. You could circulate the photos and price list via email to your friends and ask them to distribute widely. I see this working very well especially with expatriates...

3. Put your email address where the interested wazuans will contact you and you can send the pictures only to the interested parties. Those not interested can circulate to their friends who may be interested.

Hope this works out for you.....

4. Let me know where to send my bill for consultation!

another option is an auction, though its risky..u might get peanuts if its not ur day...

u can even try out posting email pics to these budget hotels and lodges..they might be wanting to get good stuff at a bargain..though a home user will definitely give u the best price...
