Yes smaller units are available, at different locations in syokimau. price ranges from 900k to 1.5M but this particular one(5 acres) is being sold as a block.

Hi All
for all familiar with Syokimau, at mama round stage on katani road, there is a 10 acres with four big concreate beacons erected just on the main road (on the left side when heading to mbs road)
Could anyone know the owners?? i am really interested purchasing the 10 acres but unable to trace the owners.
The neigbours and brokers around the area are giving contradictory names....
Please share any usefull info and will be greatful!!!
