There's a new website started at http://www.overlap.co.ke/main to report on any driver who has been recorded overlapping other motorists. Just drive according to the rules of the road lest your car ends up on this website. Lots of Kenyans with free time on their hands...and phone cameras! d'oh!

Cops are busy collecting 50 bob, 100, 500, and even thao to be looking at the computer screens for reports.And who will rely on such reports anyway? Inadmissible reports.I can report KAS 32ok is overlapping only for it to be a tractor miles away in the farm!

I wonder what the developer had in mind.How genuine are the reports submitted yet nobody is verifying?

There's actually a section for recording cops who are on the take live! So they may actually want to avoid being on this site. smile
