Media mogul SK Macharia declared bankrupt in court after losing battle to stop orders requiring him to pay Sh394 million to three State corporations (KBC, CCK and Telkom Kenya) and Sh30 million to transporter OceanFreight.

The vigor KTN has shown in breaking this news is just laughable.This guy is worth billions.He has taken some of KTNs experienced and talented reporters so may be KTN will be excited with these news.

on a different note I hear they are doing a staff restructuring @ citizen Like KCB.

If you have billions, yet you are declared bankrupt, what happens?

Does it affect your businesses where you are a Director? Does it mean where you companies are borrowing from banks, there will be issues?
Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
