Does anyone know of any international airline operating in Kenya which offers 'stand-by' or loosely 'pay as you go' fares for flights? As in fares which you pay at the airport which are usually a lot less than if you had booked? The idea is that if booked people dont turn up, you get their place obviously for less because its not guaranteed you'll get a place to start with.KQ offers some good stand-by fares for local flights. I'm aware of the Nairobi-Mombasa ones which are only 3k, and most often you'd not get bumped off more than two flights before you secure your place.

Anybody with info, kindly let me know....
