IEBC should take a case to court to clarify what "fresh elections" mean. Otherwise we shall have another charade where their lawyers try explain the words statistics, data, preliminary numbers and form 34A The court nullified the election which means the elections did not happen. It is their duty to seek a comprehensive ruling on this one. Last time they tried to play around the issue of form 34A being transmitted immediately we had a circus which they lost. They should desist from making their own rules then ending up with egg on their face. They should be the ones to take the case to court kesho and not wait for another 1 week lost in the courtrooms as is just about to happen. I doubt if IEBC lawyers are serious. I really do. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?
