Jerry how different is ADM from AGM,and who qualifies for ADM in this case UNAITAS.
AGM is open to all members and there is normally no much incentive given by SACCOs to attend. This normally applies to SACCOs whose membership is drawn from a small geographical area meaning it's possible for all the members to attend.
In contrast, ADM applies to SACCOs that cover a wide geographical area and it's normally difficult for most members to attend without an "inducement". Since it's not practical to pay everyone, sections/(constituencies) of the members come up with representatives/delegates who represent them in an ADM. In some instances the ADM is mis-used by the Directors to pass unpopular resolutions with the payments they (delegates) receive serving as "chicken".
The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.
