Pouring all the Kiambu development funds into hospitals treating mostly outsiders by the former thug was in all aspects idiotic and intolerable, a raw deal to the bonafide Kiambu resident. One county's funds should never be used for MASS TREATMENT of the rest of Kenyans without a form of compensation or allocation increment.
