AFC had been used to thoroughly dominating the CECAFA cup largely thanks to Abbas So that Khartoum event was a bitter pill.

No Kenyan ever prospers in the Tanzanian league. Tanzanian teams are better funded than the Kenyan teams. There should be more money in Kenya football than Tanzania or else Kenya will continue to let them ruin Kenyan players and sometimes refuse to pay them as was the case with Boniface Ambani. A country cannot excel in football if it sends its best players to a lower quality league. At the same time you cannot fault a player for wanting to pursue a higher salary. Thats why its important for Kenyans to support local football and local clubs.
