This is F'ed up but there are two three things that are obvious and either of the three or all of the three could be true.

1)This kid is actually the teacher's kid

2) This kid was not adopted legally because if he had been
Saitoti's family would have come out with more proves

3) Saitoti's wife is stupid because if she was smart she would have come out with where she got the boy and whether she is in contact with birth parents or if she got him from a foster home she'd have said so, it is clear she is not a biological mom.

I wonder why this came up when the chopper probe got into murky waters. It could be true but the timing is suspect.

The boy is 24. Too little too late. The matter is in his hands now.

I wonder what they say (Zachary & mum) behind closed doors. I really pity them because their grief has been punctuated with so much pain.
....above all, to stand.

Wow life is very unfair, with all that money, Saitoti was firing blanks while a guy in Kibra is doing like 7 official ones plus like 3 kando kando!

On his part, Zachary says he is distressed by the proceedings which are an attempt to profit from his fathers’ death.

“I feel a sense of inconsolable grief and loss that on the basis of falsehoods recklessly peddled before a court in an attempt to profit from my late father’s death I have lost my constitutional right to privacy,” he pleads.

Zachary claims that in the course of the many years that his late father served in the public service, his family became accustomed to all manner of attempts to extort money, blackmail and threats to invade their privacy.

Zachary says he has no desire to meet Maina, his wife or their children and it is his wish that his privacy be protected and a correction made regarding the false information peddled in the press by the respondents.

Instead of offering long lawyerly explanations, they've opened the bee's nest.

Baraza did the same and see where it got her.

The statement basically talks about MONEY. They want my money. They want my money.

d'oh! Liar

As it stands, even if the case doesn't move on, they will never have closure. There will never be peace in that homestead.

Do a DNA test young man. If the guy is not your father, the whole world will want to crucify him and you can live in peace forever.

If the guy is your father, it doesn't mean you move to Subukia. It doesn't mean mom did something evil either. Adoption those days were not straight and everyone knows it. But again you find peace forever.

Instead, you choose the impossible way out. Now everywhere you go, guys will be whispering. Everywhere your "fake" dad goes to, he'll be thought of as a hero.

Honestly this story should be told to all the ladies out there. It is a good idea to tell your kids mapema how you got them. Hata kama baba arikuwa mtu wa bonoko na muratina, ambia yeye tu.
Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

But he doesn't have to stick to either of these fathers.

He can forsake everything and follow the path of the Man God. Here his inheritance will be beyond measure, and he shall always be free.

Which mother would not strip naked after knowing their kid who got lost is alive and living with some politician? Apparenlty this family has known it but have kept silent for this long..Who's mother can do that...live knowing that their child is in someones house and not feel the urge to even leak it out to the press, but wait to talk after 24 years?
If my mother did that I would disown her and shame her.

Zachary is an adult, he cannot be forced to take a DNA test. They have grossly violated his privacy, it even gets scary when they say they have been looking at his pics on FB

Applause Quite interesting,

Life is also interesting in this way,I once saw Saitoti along Kenyatta Avenue in his Magnificent Range Rover reading the nation. He couldn't even wave back to onlookers who were waving.

Few months later you know what happened
